Growth SystemsIntent → Handoff

Turn more website intent into qualified conversations.

CyberBit builds tightly scoped website-to-booking systems for high-value appointment businesses. Help visitors find a relevant starting point and reach a clearer consultation, booking, or inquiry handoff.

The operational difference

A useful website should make the next step clear.

If visitors struggle to choose from a large service menu, or inquiries lose momentum between browsing and booking, a more focused journey may help.

Fragmented booking and CRM handoffs can also leave teams with limited visibility into unfinished journeys. Fit review starts with your actual process, not an assumption that every business has the same problem.

Before / a common friction pattern

  1. Visitor lands
  2. Large service menu
  3. Unclear next step
  4. Generic contact / booking page
  5. Intent may be lost

With a scoped system / the intended structure

  1. Visitor lands
  2. Guided starting point
  3. Relevant path
  4. Defined handoff
  5. Measurable next step

A clearer process is the design objective—not evidence of conversion lift or a promised business result.

One journey. Connected decisions.

From a broad need to a defined next step.

The value is in the connections: what a visitor sees, where their intent goes, who owns the handoff, and what can actually be confirmed.

  1. Arrive

Visitor lands with a broad need.

    Existing website interest
  2. Guide

  3. Route

  4. Handoff

An accepted inquiry or booking action reaches the client’s existing system.

    Defined receiving system
  5. Continue

Where authorized and supported, unfinished intent can receive a defined next step.

    Permission + compatibility
  6. Measure

Owner sees confirmed interaction or outcome evidence at the appropriate level.

    Evidence, not assumptions

Illustrative workflow — exact implementation depends on client systems and scope.

Opening a path is an interaction. A confirmed inquiry or booking needs evidence from the receiving system.

The connected layers

Built around your existing systems.

These are possible components, not separate products or an included-by-default checklist. Exact scope depends on your systems, permissions, and agreed requirements.

Experience layer

Help a visitor choose.

  • Branded guided website journey
  • Service or consultation discovery
  • Non-clinical qualification and routing

Handoff layer

Connect the next step.

  • Lead capture and booking handoff
  • Authorized CRM or booking integration
  • Documented staff ownership and next steps

Operations layer

Make the work visible.

  • Measurement and owner visibility
  • Permissioned follow-up workflows where supported
  • Returning-visitor continuity where lawful and technically supported

CyberBit does not identify anonymous visitors. CRM integration, email/SMS messaging, unfinished-journey follow-up, and returning-visitor continuity are not universally available. Each requires appropriate client authority, compatible systems, and written scope.

A journey, made concrete

Not sure what to book.
Clear on where to start.

Consider an appointment-led business advisory firm. The visitor wants a conversation, but does not yet know which consultation fits. A scoped journey can make that choice understandable.

A useful journey connects this question to an appropriate conversation—not just another page of services.

Professional consultation
  1. Make the options understandable

Explain the relevant consultation paths and what the visitor should prepare.

  2. Route to the agreed handoff

Continue to the supported booking path or an inquiry for the responsible team.

  3. Give the owner usable evidence

An inquiry is marked accepted only when the receiving system confirms it. A booking needs its own confirmation.

Interaction observed does not mean booking confirmed.

What would count as a completed handoff?

The written scope defines the receiving system, its confirmation signal and the staff owner. Opening a link or reaching a confirmation-looking screen is not sufficient evidence by itself. Where confirmation is unavailable, the outcome remains unconfirmed.

The routing, context collected and evidence available depend on the client's process, authorized access and compatible systems.

Build first. Care where useful.

Two offers.
A written scope for each.

Start with one primary journey. Define the destination, the technical constraints, and the people who will operate it. Ongoing Care is a separate decision.

Primary implementation

Website-to-Booking System

From $5,000

What is built & handed off

A typical bounded implementation can include:

  • One primary customer journey
  • Agreed website integration
  • Agreed booking or lead handoff
  • Measurement and owner visibility
  • Testing, QA, and launch checks
  • Documentation and operational handoff

What changes scope

Additional journeys, custom integration behavior, platform constraints, access requirements, and staff handoff needs are reviewed before quoting.

Not included by default

Ad buying, traffic generation, unlimited development or revisions, sales staffing, guaranteed bookings, unsupported integrations, unlimited messaging, and ongoing optimization.

Request a fit review

Optional after launch

Growth System Care

From $750/month

  • Agreed system health and integration checks
  • Bounded issue triage
  • Owner and measurement review
  • A small, defined improvement allowance
  • Documented maintenance

Frequency, response boundaries, and the improvement allowance are defined in writing. No unlimited development, creative work or integrations, full marketing management, or sales staffing.

Exact integrations, delivery, responsibilities, and exclusions are defined in writing after a fit review. Complex work may be custom quoted. Third-party fees may be separate. Care is optional after launch unless a specific implementation requires ongoing service agreed in writing.

What you receive

More than a page.
A documented handoff.

The written scope determines which outputs are included. This is a delivery framework, not a universal checklist.

The working journey
Configured customer journey and agreed booking or inquiry handoff.
The system map
Documented integration behavior and measurement/event map.
The verification record
QA and launch verification against the agreed acceptance criteria.
The operating handoff
Owner/staff notes, ownership and access handoff, and defined post-launch responsibilities.

Useful because it is bounded

A defined system.
Not a promise to run your business.

What CyberBit does

  • Design and implement an agreed website-to-booking journey
  • Connect supported systems where scoped
  • Create measurable handoff points
  • Document ownership and operations
  • Provide bounded Care when purchased

What CyberBit does not do

  • Generate traffic by default or buy ads
  • Guarantee leads, bookings, or revenue
  • Identify anonymous visitors
  • Provide unlimited development or become your sales staff
  • Send unauthorized marketing or recovery messages

A practical fit decision

A system needs an operational owner.

A good starting fit

  • An appointment-led business with meaningful transaction value
  • Existing website traffic or inquiries and an established booking or inquiry process
  • An identifiable decision maker and a staff owner for follow-up
  • Willingness to provide required authorized access and measure actual outcomes

Not the right starting point

  • No meaningful traffic or established booking/inquiry process
  • No operational owner for follow-up
  • Required access cannot be provided
  • A request for paid ads, traffic generation, or guaranteed revenue

If the economics or operating process do not support the system, CyberBit should say so before implementation.

The engagement

From fit review to a documented launch.

Agree the work before building. Verify the journey before launch. Keep the meaning of each measured event clear afterward.

  1. Fit review

Review the business process, problem, and constraints.

  2. Scope

Agree the journey, access, deliverables, price, and acceptance criteria.

  3. Build

Implement only the agreed components and handoffs.

  4. Verify

Check routing, supported integrations, and the agreed acceptance criteria.

  5. Launch

Confirm the operational handoff and post-launch responsibilities.

  6. Measure

Review agreed observations; separate interaction from actual outcomes.

  7. Optional Care

Maintain the launched scope with separately agreed limits.

Clear before we start

Before you request a fit review.

Scope, compatibility, ownership, and operating limits. The practical questions behind a sound implementation.

What is a Website-to-Booking System?

A defined website journey that helps visitors find a relevant service, share non-clinical qualification context, and reach an agreed consultation, booking, or inquiry handoff. It is a scoped implementation, not a traffic-generation or sales-staffing service.

Who is this for?

Appointment-led businesses with meaningful transaction value, existing website traffic or inquiries, an established booking or inquiry process, a decision maker, and a staff owner who follows up.

Is this a website redesign?

Not by default. The work normally starts with one journey on an existing website. A larger rebuild, new content, or platform migration requires separate scope.

Do you generate website traffic?

No. Advertising, traffic generation, and full marketing management are not included. The starting point is the interest your website already receives.

Do you guarantee more bookings?

No. CyberBit does not guarantee leads, bookings, conversion lift, recovered customers, revenue, traffic growth, or marketing performance. Results depend on demand, the offer, client follow-up, and other factors outside the system.

What booking or CRM systems do you support?

Compatibility is checked during scoping. Access, APIs, plan limits, vendor terms, and technical constraints determine what can be connected. No platform or integration is supported by default.

Can you send follow-up messages?

Only where the client's systems, permissions, messaging authority, and written scope support it. Consent, opt-out handling, channel costs, and responsibility must be agreed first. Unlimited messaging and automated recovery campaigns are not included by default.

Do you work with healthcare businesses?

A non-clinical website journey may be a fit, subject to scope and data-handling review. Do not submit patient or medical details through this fit-review form. Any future client system handling regulated data needs separate legal, security, and contractual review; this offer is not a HIPAA compliance claim.

What does implementation cost?

The Website-to-Booking System starts at $5,000. One primary journey is the typical starting scope. Exact work and integrations are confirmed in a written proposal; complex work is custom quoted and third-party fees may be separate.

What is Growth System Care?

Optional support from $750/month for the launched system: agreed health and integration checks, bounded issue triage, owner and measurement review, a small defined improvement allowance, and documented maintenance. Frequency and limits are agreed in writing; it is not unlimited development or marketing management.

Who owns the website or system after launch?

Ownership, licenses, public deployment and use rights, client accounts, reusable CyberBit materials, and third-party platform restrictions are specified in the written agreement before work begins.

What happens if we cancel ongoing Care?

The written agreement defines cancellation, notice, hosting, maintenance responsibilities, and handoff. Any component that depends on an ongoing platform or service must be identified before launch; continued operation is not assumed.

Can we start with one journey?

Yes. One primary customer journey is the intended starting point. Additional journeys, integrations, revisions, or optimization are separately scoped.

What access will CyberBit need?

Only the authorized website, booking, CRM, or measurement access needed for the agreed work. Permissions and a safe access method are confirmed during scoping. Do not send credentials through the qualification form or ordinary email.
