This website is operated by CyberBit Solutions LLC. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

CyberBit provides fixed-scope cybersecurity services as described on the website or in a written scope confirmation. Services may include public-signal reviews, reports, checklists, questionnaire response support, implementation guidance, and scoped hardening help.

Customers must only submit domains, accounts, systems, and information they own or are authorized to manage. CyberBit does not perform unauthorized testing or work on systems without permission.

The Free Domain Risk Check uses public-signal review only. It is not a penetration test, vulnerability scan, exploit test, credential test, compliance audit, or guarantee of security.

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, API keys, private keys, payment card details, or sensitive credentials through forms or by email. If access is needed, CyberBit may use screen share, delegated access, or vendor handoff where appropriate.

• Payments may be handled by Stripe.
• For intake-first services, CyberBit collects the required intake details before secure checkout. Stripe sends a receipt to the email used during payment.
• Cyber Risk Snapshot is delivered as described after required intake details and payment are received.
• Snapshot may be credited toward eligible Sprint/productized services within 30 days where stated.
• Refunds, if offered on specific service pages, follow that page's written terms.
• Implementation services are scoped before payment where applicable.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Reviewing reports and questionnaire answers.
• Approving final submissions.
• Making business decisions based on recommendations.
• Maintaining access to their own providers/accounts.
• Ensuring they have authorization for submitted systems.

CyberBit may help draft credible answers, organize evidence, and identify gaps. CyberBit does not fabricate controls, guarantee approval, provide legal advice, or certify compliance. Final answers should be reviewed and approved by the customer or authorized representative.

CyberBit may help review common cyber insurance control questions, evidence gaps, and priority fixes. CyberBit does not sell or place insurance, provide legal or insurance advice, guarantee approval or lower premiums, fabricate controls, or submit final answers without customer approval.

Implementation work depends on platform access, vendor responsiveness, technical constraints, and scoped authorization. CyberBit does not guarantee that every issue can be fixed, and remaining constraints may be documented.

Security Watch is lightweight recurring oversight, not 24/7 monitoring, SOC, MDR, endpoint detection, SIEM management, emergency response, or guaranteed protection.

Personal cybersecurity services are defensive guidance for accounts and systems the customer owns or is authorized to manage. CyberBit does not bypass authentication, crack passwords, spy, perform surveillance, provide legal, insurance, financial, credit-repair, forensic, or law-enforcement services, or guarantee account recovery.

Cybersecurity risk can never be eliminated. CyberBit provides practical findings, guidance, and fixed-scope help, but does not guarantee security, breach prevention, questionnaire approval, compliance certification, cyber insurance approval, lower premiums, or uninterrupted service.
