Do I need a Snapshot before another service?

No. Use the $199 Website, Email & Domain Security Snapshot when you need a prioritized public-facing review. If a known fix, account-security concern, insurance deadline, or customer questionnaire already defines the work, request that service directly. Watch requires an agreed baseline, which can come from a Snapshot, cleanup, rebuild, or an approved existing review.

Are you an MSP?

No. CyberBit provides scoped security assessment, remediation, evidence support, and external oversight. We do not sell unlimited helpdesk support, device management, or broad MSP contracts.

Do you replace my IT provider?

No. The work is designed to give owners, vendors, and IT providers a clearer fix order, cleaner evidence, and IT-ready handoff notes.

Is this HIPAA compliance?

No. These are bounded cybersecurity engagements, not a HIPAA Security Risk Analysis, legal advice, compliance certification, or a review of every system containing ePHI.

How is the price kept predictable?

Each service defines the environment, work, deliverable, and exclusions before it begins. Fixed-price packages have clear limits; broader projects are quoted after scope review. Third-party subscriptions, licenses, taxes, and vendor costs are separate unless explicitly included.

What happens after I buy?

For the Snapshot: First human-reviewed PDF draft within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and required intake is complete. Assessment, remediation, evidence, and monitoring engagements start with scope, permissions, deliverables, and timing confirmed separately.

What if we already have Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Use the Business Security Baseline for an authorized evidence-based review of one Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, one primary domain, and up to 25 active users. Review and planning are included; implementation is a separate scope.

Can you help with insurance or vendor questionnaires?

Yes. Cyber Insurance Evidence Review covers applications and renewals. Security Questionnaire & Evidence Support covers non-insurance due-diligence questionnaires. Neither package guarantees approval.

When does a web application penetration test make sense?

Use it for an authorized custom application, portal, SaaS product, e-commerce application, or primary API that needs active point-in-time testing. Brochure sites generally use the optional Snapshot or Focused Remediation path. Pricing starts at $4,500 after qualification and scope review.

Which option should I choose first?

For uncertainty about business accounts and workspace controls, discuss the Business Security Baseline. Choose the Snapshot only for a limited external website, email, and domain review. If a known fix, insurer, or customer questionnaire defines the work, request the matching service directly.
