Quick fit check

Know when this service is the right next step.

The fit depends on the problem, the systems involved, and whether the work is diagnostic, focused implementation, or a broader handoff.

Choose this service when

  • A Security Snapshot or provider already identified the likely public-facing issue
  • The work stays within one business, one primary domain, and one environment
  • One Email Trust Setup or Website Trust Cleanup module is enough
  • One provider-coordination round and one recheck fit the situation

Choose another path when

  • The issue is still unclear - start with the Website, Email & Domain Security Snapshot
  • Two or more modules are required - use the Business Security Remediation Sprint
  • The work involves authenticated Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace settings, MFA, administrators, recovery, ownership transfers, migrations, backups, Wi-Fi, networks, multiple domains, or significant provider coordination
  • The business needs recurring monitoring or human external-drift review - compare External Security Watch

Work performed

Choose one implementation module

CyberBit confirms the module and exact changes in writing before payment. Combining modules moves the work into a Remediation Sprint.

Email Trust Setup: one domain and up to three approved sending services

Email Trust Setup: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration where technically supported, sender inventory, validation, and one recheck

Website Trust Cleanup: one website and a maximum of three pre-agreed public-facing fixes

Website Trust Cleanup: scoped HTTPS, redirect, security-header, form, or DNS-related work, validation, and one recheck

What you receive

Concrete outputs you can keep and use.

The deliverable separates completed work, remaining decisions, and any action that belongs with a provider or administrator.

The agreed Email Trust Setup or Website Trust Cleanup module

A sender inventory for Email Trust Setup, or a list of up to three agreed website fixes

Validation and one public-signal recheck

Before/after notes for settings reviewed or changed

Provider-ready instructions for any remaining provider-owned action

Scope and responsibilities

What CyberBit needs, and where the engagement stops.

Authorization, provider access, and customer-controlled decisions stay explicit before implementation begins.

What to provide

  • The primary domain and current website, DNS, and email providers if known
  • The known issue plus any relevant Security Snapshot, check, or provider notes
  • For Email Trust Setup, the approved sending-service inventory
  • Confirmation that the business owns or is authorized to manage the environment
  • A safe access or screen-share plan after scope approval - never credentials through a public form

Boundaries

One business, one primary domain, one environment, and one defined implementation module

One provider-coordination round and one recheck

Before/after handoff notes for completed and provider-owned actions

No penetration testing, emergency incident response, forensics, SOC, MDR, full MSP replacement, or unlimited implementation

Pricing

$750: how scope is confirmed.

The $750 fixed price covers one agreed Email Trust Setup or Website Trust Cleanup module within the hard scope above. CyberBit confirms fit before payment. Two modules or any broader authenticated, multi-provider, migration, network, backup, or ownership work moves into a Remediation Sprint.

What can change the scope

  • A second implementation module
  • More than one domain, website, or environment
  • More than three approved sending services or more than three website fixes
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace authenticated work, MFA, administrator, recovery, migration, backup, Wi-Fi, or network work
  • More than one provider-coordination round or significant ownership handoff

Service FAQ

Questions to resolve before you request scope.

Do I need a Security Snapshot first?

Not when the issue and environment are already clear. If the business is unsure which public findings deserve attention, the Security Snapshot is the cleaner diagnostic first step.

Can I combine Email Trust Setup and Website Trust Cleanup?

Not inside the $750 fixed scope. Combining modules moves the engagement into the Business Security Remediation Sprint.

What counts as one provider-coordination round?

One consolidated set of provider-owned instructions and one follow-up on that set. Additional coordination is scoped separately.

Is this penetration testing?

No. This is authorized configuration cleanup for known issues. It does not include exploit attempts, intrusive testing, forensics, or emergency response.
