Best fit for

Broader implementation after the required scope is clear.

This is for businesses whose remediation cannot fit one fixed $750 module. The Sprint stays fixed-scope, but it can coordinate broader authorized work and provider handoffs.

Two or more implementation modules

Email trust, website trust, workspace, ownership, backup, network, or other modules must be coordinated in one written scope.

Authenticated workspace or account work

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace settings, MFA, administrators, recovery, stale accounts, or access cleanup require authorized authenticated review.

Multiple domains, providers, or handoffs

The engagement crosses domains, websites, sending services, vendors, ownership transfers, migrations, or significant provider coordination.

Broader operational remediation

Backups, internal systems, Wi-Fi, network work, or a fix plan that cannot fit one $750 Focused Security Cleanup module.

What can be included

Remediation across multiple agreed modules and operational boundaries.

The exact work depends on the systems, providers, and access method confirmed before payment.

Multi-module implementation

Two or more agreed implementation modules managed as one prioritized remediation scope.

Workspace security remediation

Authorized Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace work involving MFA, administrators, recovery, shared or stale accounts, and access hygiene.

Ownership and migration work

Provider, domain, website, email, or account ownership transfers and migrations where the responsibilities are confirmed.

Multiple domains or providers

Work spanning more than one domain, website, environment, or provider, or more than three approved email-sending services.

Backup and internal-system actions

Evidence-based backup responsibility, restore-readiness, internal-system, or account actions included in the written scope.

Wi-Fi and network module

Small-office router administration, staff/guest Wi-Fi separation, DNS filtering, and owner handoff where authorized and scoped.

Significant provider coordination

Organized provider instructions, follow-up, and ownership tracking when several administrators or vendors must act.

Completed remediation record

A fix log, remaining constraints, evidence notes, and provider/admin handoff at completion.

What CyberBit needs from you

Send enough context to confirm scope and prepare the right handoff. Keep secrets out of forms and email.

  • Domain name and DNS provider
  • Website host or web vendor
  • Email provider
  • Approved email-sending tools
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace context, if applicable
  • Current scan/Snapshot/questionnaire if available
  • Preferred access method: screen share, delegated access, or vendor handoff
  • Deadline, vendor driver, or business reason for the cleanup

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, API keys, or private credentials by email.

What this is not

Clear boundaries keep the Sprint safe, scoped, and realistic for small-business implementation work.

  • Not emergency incident response unless separately scoped
  • Not forensic investigation
  • Not 24/7 monitoring, SOC, MDR, or managed IT replacement
  • Not penetration testing, exploit attempts, or intrusive scanning unless separately scoped in writing
  • Not legal, compliance, insurance, or guaranteed-approval advice
  • No guaranteed security, guaranteed protection, or guaranteed future outcome
  • No passwords, recovery codes, API keys, or private credentials through forms or email
  • Limited to systems the requester owns or is authorized to manage

Pricing

Broader scope starts at From $1,500.

Typical broader engagements are $2,500-$5,000. The final price depends on the modules, authenticated systems, domains, providers, ownership changes, networks, backups, and coordination confirmed before payment.

Choose the right implementation path

Snapshot, focused Cleanup, or broader Sprint.

Website, Email & Domain Security Snapshot - $199

Best when you need diagnosis, a prioritized report, business impact, and vendor-ready next steps.

Focused Security Cleanup - $750

Best for known public-facing fixes inside one business, one primary domain, and one website/email environment.

Broader multi-system cleanup

Best when the work exceeds one focused module and requires broader authorized remediation or provider coordination.

Cleanup versus authorized validation

Business Security Remediation Sprint fixes known weaknesses across agreed systems and provider handoffs. Authorized Web Application Penetration Test actively tests one specifically authorized custom application scope. It can be considered after remediation when validation is useful; it is not a mandatory next step.

Book a qualifying implementation engagement of $750 or more within 30 days of report delivery, and CyberBit will apply the $199 Snapshot fee once toward that engagement. The credit is non-cash, non-transferable, applied once, and cannot be stacked with another promotion, refund, or credit. It excludes subscriptions, recurring services, taxes, and third-party costs and is subject to confirmed scope and written acceptance.

FAQ

Business Security Remediation Sprint FAQ

Do you need admin passwords?

No. Do not send passwords by email. Work can be done through screen share, delegated access, or vendor handoff depending on the platform.

Can you work with my web vendor or IT provider?

Yes. The Sprint can produce vendor-ready notes and coordinate around a scoped fix list. CyberBit does not replace your IT provider or managed service provider.

Can you guarantee everything will be fixed?

No. Some fixes depend on the platform, vendor, DNS provider, or account access. CyberBit confirms scope and documents remaining constraints.

Is this a penetration test?

No. This is configuration cleanup and practical hardening guidance. Active, authorized testing of a custom application is a separate specialized service with verified scope, written authorization, and Rules of Engagement.

How fast can this be done?

Timeline depends on scope and vendor responsiveness. CyberBit confirms timeline before payment.
